1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 48 hours. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Under normal circumstances we aim for standard shipping to arrive within:
- Same state: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

3.1. Local Pickup
In store pickup is available for Adelaide residents Monday - Saturday, one hour after opening until one hour prior to closure. An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 48 hours for processing. Delivery times and costs are outlined below, and are estimates only, commencing from the date of shipment - not date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within a timely manner.
4.1. Local Pickup
In store pickup is available for Adelaide residents Monday - Saturday, one hour after opening, until one hour prior to closure. This service is free.
4.2. Domestic Shipping
Free delivery on orders $150+, otherwise $10 for standard shipping, and $15 for express shipping
4.3. International Shipping
$50 delivery fee for all international shipping
5. Please note:
a. Business days refer to Monday - Saturday, except holidays.
b. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
c. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and items ordered.
